Industrial Technology Research Institute Announcement: TA YU product pass the BSS7239 toxicity test
Compliant to the low-smoke halogen-free railway cable specification EN-45545 (European Railway Norm).
TAYUKABEL® products obtained the certification of railway cable.
(1) Non-toxic compliance and verification of cable insulation materials
【BSS7239 Toxicity Test】Verify the acid-base value, halogen content, and fluorine content of the cable combustion gas.
2020.11.24 The test is completed by the Industrial Technology Research Institute, meets the specifications, and the verification is completed-Qualify.
(2) Flame resistance of cable insulation materials
【IEC 60332-1-2】The cable is self-extinguishing and the length of the undamaged extension is greater than 50 mm
【IEC 60332-3-25】The cable has self-extinguishing property and the length of damage due to extended combustion cannot be greater than 2.5 meters.
2020.11.25 The combustion test will be completed by the TAF laboratory, which meets the specifications, and the verification is completed-Qualify.
(3) Low smoke of cable insulation material
【IEC 61034-2】Dense smoke density test, light transmittance>60%.
2019.07.16 The inspection was completed by the UL laboratory, conforming to the specification, and the verification was completed to obtain the certificate.-Qualify.
